He has years of experience as a Business Librarian with Nanyang Technological University and New York University Shanghai, and joined the UConn community in March 2020. He serves on the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions and has authored many articles and research publications. Kelly Walters Kennedy graduated from Merrimack College with a degree in Elementary Education, and completed her Master's in Organizational Behavior at University of Hartford. She has held positions throughout the corporate world and within higher education, most recently as the Associate Director of Student Development and Outreach. Kelly is also a Career Development Instructor and Coach who has guided over 7,000 college students as they landed their first internships and jobs.
